We are a customer centric company. This means we follow our vision of automation while focusing our daily efforts on direct value added for our customers.
 
We know that as a service provieder our most valuable asset are our experts. Thus we have implemented “the reverse shareholder value” model, i.e. profits are foremost used to ensure stability though always dedicating part of annual profit as reserve, our experts receive a bonus before management bonuses or shareholder dividends are considered.
 
This makes the arago team a stable and consistent pool of IT professionals with a strong dedication and loyalty to the arago company and idea.
 

History

arago Institut für komplexes Datenmanagement AG offers IT solutions in the areas of information management, sourcing, data center automation and security. arago has been a well known high quality full service provider in Germany and other European countries for more than 15 years.
 
Our experience in our IT core business goes back to the early 90s as the core staff was working in a project team at one of the major banks in Frankfurt. Since founding arago in 1995 we are optimizing IT structures and interfaces as well as processes in an innovative and flexible approach.
 
arago’s two areas of business round up the full service approach. On the one hand arago offers the sourcing solutions from automated IT operating, IT enablement through the arago Autopilot for IT operations and IT measurement as well as IT security solutions. On the other hand our portals and apps unit builds specialized solutions on the basis of our automated information modeling system DocMe and the automated development framework BuildMe.
 
Our vision is to be recognized as the automation experts when it comes to system management also functioning as a business focused technology radar. We at arago put our experience and effort into using technical solutions in order to make business processes more efficient, less expensive and more secure.
