The arago Autopilot for IT Operations offerings show this best. As there is no fixed price or maintenance for the software suite, but the fees are calculated by taking 50% off of the actual costs our customers have when performing operational tasks manually in their environment and billing these for each fully automated task.
Thus, with every task that is automated, our customer wins and we win and the risk of having a working solution is on our side. We apply the same principle – maybe in less obvious models – to our portal projects where we share the reuse created through our automated development framework with our customers and our WebFarm™ IT operation services.
